PANEDGE reserves the right to alter the characteristics, specifications and prices of there products at any time and without prior notice.

Guarantee

PANEDGE guarantees, under the legal terms, that all there products against any manufacturing defect, in accordance with the description below, counting from the date of delivery of the same:

  • PVC panel, for a minimum period of 10 years;
  • Lacquered or anodized aluminum panel, for a minimum period of 10 years;
  • Aluminum panel with decorative foil, for a minimum period of 5 years;
  • Accessories in aluminum, brass or alunox , for a minimum period of 2 years;
  • Accessories in inox or panels containing inox, the guarantee on their resistance to oxidation is summarized in the guarantee of the raw material.

This guarantee obliges PANEDGE to replace or repair all material recognized as defective, without the right to additional compensation.

The products will no longer be covered by the warranty provided that:

  • Their state of conformity and quality have not been checked before use;
  • They have been used in applications for which they are not indicated.
  • They have been altered in the finish and/or in the composition.
  • They have been used and/or applied incorrectly.
  • Has been cleaned with products not specified by PANEDGE.
  • Maintenance has not been carried out in accordance with what is specified by PANEDGE.
  • They suffer deterioration due to the influence of an “aggressive” surrounding environment, environments with high concentrations of salt, industrial dust, etc.

Any claim must be made in writing, always mentioning the guide or invoice number containing the material in question.

Orders

Orders will be confirmed by PANEDGE through an “Order Confirmation” document sent to the customer. The latter must, within a maximum period of 48 hours, proceed in writing to possible corrections, alterations or cancellation of the same. Once this period has passed, the order is considered confirmed as described in the document.

Order cancellations will not be accepted once the manufacturing process has started.

The “Order Confirmation” document contains the estimated delivery date, it does not correspond to the final delivery time, so it can be modified due to force majeure.

The alteration of the expected delivery date does not give the right to cancel the order or request any type of compensation for possible damages or resulting losses.

Deliveries

Materials shipped by PANEDGE are covered by insurance against damage during transportation.

  • Any claim for partial or total damage must be made to the carrier’s official, at the time of receipt of the material, and confirmed in writing on the delivery document, before signing and delivering.
  • The communication must be made to PANEDGE within a maximum period of 48 hours. PANEDGE will be not responsable, and will not accept any claims, if the previous processes have not been verified.

Pay

Failure to pay an invoice for which more than eight days have elapsed after its due date, will give rise to late payment interest at the legal rate of commercial interest in force and will imply, on that date, the maturity of all previous invoices, as well, the cancellation of deliveries and orders.

For any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of commercial relations between PANEDGE and the client, the parties expressly renounce the jurisdiction of the courts that may correspond to them and will submit to the court of the Baixo Vouga region .

Previous prices are replaced by this edition.
