Panedge starts its business on 4th May 2000 after identifying a shortage in the national industry of door panels.

 

Initially connected to the industry and commerce of door panels for PVC frames, in 2006 Panedge acquires Duskarte, a company dedicated to the art of decorative glass, which provided a greater flexibility and diversity of products.

 

The constant evolution of internal quality standards and the need to increase production forces Panedge to modernise its production technologically and at the end of 2006 it acquires the first centre of numerical control machines (CNC).

 

In January 2007 Panedge relocates to Vagos Industrial Area and starts to work in the modern infra-structures, optimizing the manufacturing process through the acquisition of a module for the glue line and a thermoforming centre in 2008.

 

Today with all its experience Panedge is leader in quality, safety and design, distinguished in the construction of decorative panels for external doors.

 

Its course has closely followed the concept outlined since its foundation.

 

Panedge controls all the manufacturing process of its products. All Panedge panels are projected and produced in our facilities.

 

The wide range of Panedge products is distinguished for the individualised design achieved from the careful combination of textures, colours and glass.

 

We must highlight the work of our glazing options with graceful finish in the frosting design, in the delicate leaded crystals and fusing as well as decorative stained glass in various techniques and colours.

In the innovation project proposed, the company will have new skills, thus acquiring all stages of the internal production process (introduction of washing and stamping). The value of the investment is more than € 1 million and it is expected to create 8 new direct jobs, half of them with higher education (level 6).
